We accepted the offer on the house. It was for the asking price. We were also told that was most likely going to be another offer on the house too. We haven't heard from it yet, so I am guessing they may have changed their minds once they heard we had signed some papers already. Too bad, cause a back offer would have been nice. Now to just get the rest of our paperwork turned in and call it good for a few weeks while everything is in processing.
We're getting down to the wire now. It still feels like the m-day is still days away when in all reality it is just a few short days away. My kitchen is almost fully packed, and my brain is so frazzled I don't even know where to start. Kinda frustrating. Pretty soon, I'm just going to start throwing things in boxes to make it easier on myself. My house is full of boxes :) That's a good sign at least. Saturday is the big day to pack the Uhaul, and then Sunday is the big moving day. When we get there we will be looking at a few houses and deciding on one for sure. This last month has gone by fast in certain ways, and so slow in many other ways. Send some positive energy my way so I can get a lot more packing done. I only have today and tomorrow to get it finished and then we start tearing everything down. HOLY MOLY!!!! Exciting and weird all the same time. Thanks everyone for letting me vent on my blog. Here soon there will be pics of our fun adventures. After the house is most of the way put away I'm sure. :)
