On October 30th at 9:45 am Clark G. Thornton passed away to be with our Heavenly Father and many others waiting for him beyond the veil, singing and dancing with them as he loved to do. The viewing is on Monday the 3rd of November and the funeral will be on Tuesday. I have more details but those details are in my hubby's phone and he is not here right now. I am very thankful that the coroners waited for us to show up before they took his body away. We were able to go in and see how peacefully he passed away and to say our goodbyes. He suffered for many years and the last few weeks just became harder and harder. We knew this time was coming but still... it is hard to lose a loved one who was loved by all who knew him. He lived a full life with many adventures. I will have to find his life story and pick a tale and post it. He accomplished a lot in his life. He was apart of the United States Navy. There will be a flag and other officers there to salute him. I have only seen one other funeral service with officers there and that was my Uncle Richard. It's great to see someone honored in that way. Also at my Uncle's funeral they had the jets pass over the burial site and that was an awesome feeling also. Clark you will be missed, and in our hearts forever.
Love,
Matt, Jasmine, Brytni, Jayde, and Ashlyn Roberts
Hugs and Kisses!!
