This is her bday cake. I got it at Costco. I couldn't pass it up cause it was football and my hubby just absolutely loves football. And I decided that since his bday is always near halloween that I wanted to do something different for him. It was a white cake with buttercream frosting and white cheesecake mouse in the middle. TO DIE FOR!!!
Jayde and Kim were off playing when we all sang happy bday to Matt so we made them sing by themselves. They were both really embarrassed and didn't sing much. But it was funny anyway.
As a side note I picked Matt up from work and told him I was driving and that he was my hostage and had to do what I wanted him to do. I had planned for Anabelle and her family to be at the house when I got home so we could sing him happy bday and have some cake before I wisked him off for a night of fun!
He acted like he was going to put his face in it and then at the last second of him pulling back someone tried to shove his face in it. It was pretty funny. Needless to say he ended up getting his nose in it.

This pic I couldn't resist in posting. Matt had recently rearranged our bedroom and found these "boobies" hiding behind my nightstand. Anabelle walked into our room to see how our room looked and saw them sitting on our dresser and tried them on for size. We thought she looked pretty good with them. LOL! We had a thousand laughs from it..
After cake and being full to the brim, I took Matt to Ruby River in Riverdale. A friend of mine had been there recently and recommended it to me, so being as we had never been there I decided to take him.
Our neice baby sat for us, and took some nice pics of us in our yard for us and off we went. We had a really nice waiter, and a whole back room to ourselves with a fire and a massive Elk head and Antlers. It was a perfect atmosphere for us. We ate only a quater of our food before we were full, and then our waiter brought out a massive desert to us becuase I told him it was Matt's bday. Needless to say we were so full we were both about ready to unbotton our pants (but don't worry!!!!! I can see your eyes getting big, we didn't!) :)
It was getting late and being as it was a monday night and girls and the baby sitter had school the next day and all of the movie showings for the movie we wanted to see were going to be to late, we went and rented some movies. We went home, sent the kids to bed and cuddled and watched a movie together. It was a really nice night.
See I told you I didn't get him anything special. Accept for some fun with family, and a night out with just us. *sigh*
