Update

Just thought I would post a quick update. Not much has been going on around here. Matt's hours have been cut back, I got a call back from Costco and they wanted me to go back to work for them. Funny how things happen. So needless to say I work 5 days a week at Costco. It can get tiresome, but at least it is bringing in the money that Matt will be lacking here within the next few weeks. The basement still isn't finished much to my dismay. And with me working the house seems to be in shambles, but that is to be expected when the one who cleans works away from the home now. It takes some trasitioning time. Working at the Food Court has it perks and not so great perks. For the most part I like the people I work with. For another part, I HATE being the cashier and calling out the food orders. The machines in there are so loud that people can't hear you so I end up with a really dry mouth and can't talk very well. That I have a tendancy to confuse people this way. Not a great thing. I prefer to go get the orders or what we call a runner. And take things out of the oven and prepare them. The cleaning up at the end of the shift is not so bad, if I don't get stuck going out and having to clean off tables and the fountain machines, and sweep the floor and mop it. Not sure how I am supposed to learn how to do different things inside the food court if I always get sent out of it to clean. Last night was a different acception. I ended up scrubbing ALL of the floors in the food court and squeegy-ing them too. Needless to say there is so much floor that my arms were dead, and my feet hurt afterwards. No prob. As I mentioned above there are people I like to work with and people I don't. It's just 1 person I don't enjoy working with and it's only when she is the higher up left in the food court. She was a manager previously and it shows really bad when it's just her as the boss for the night. DRIVES me INSANE! I hate how power goes to the head. But everyone else gives me a fair chance and I get along with them. It feels good to be working again. This go around is different than the last. I think it's because I am working the hours I want to and my children are not being watched by many others all of the time and being neglected by their parents. That was the major worst part of last time. This time Matt stays home with them and makes sure they are tended to. Ok, well that's enough of my rampage. TTYL

It's crazy how things work out. It sounds like it was good timing at least!! I agree with you on people letting power go to their heads. Cody has been going CRAZY with all the drama at work!! Hey, how do you get the slide shows on the sidebar without them being to big??? I've never been able to figure that out, but I'm far from a computer genius!!!
