I was going through my recipes today for something to make for dinner, and for a certain recipe to make come vegan banana bread and thought for a minute that I have an entire cookbook with hundreds of recipes in them. So I am asking you, all of my readers, if I should start up a low calorie cookbook? It would have portion sizes with nutritional information. These recipes were the ones that helped me lose my frist 20 pounds with diet and exercise. I tried doing the HCG diet again, and I just can't bring myself to starve anymore. I was so ravenous that the site of making dinner for my kids made me hate myself and HCG! LOL! I know, it's mind over matter, but I've been listening to "The Secret" on my mp3 player at night and I'm starting to get some of my drive back in me to get some weight lost again. So if anyone would like me to start posting some of the recipe's I use on a daily basis that my family absolutely loves than I will start up my own low cal blog.
Want to know what was for dinner tonight? Yes, you say? OK! We had thinly sliced steaks on the bbq that was marinated in Mr. Yoshida's original gourmet cooking sauce, on low for about 10 mins. Then we steamed some sweet pea pod stir fry (packaged in a walmart brand bag), with some bbq sauce mixed together. Steaks were about 150 cals each, then the veggies were 15 cals, and then the bbq sauce was approx 60 cals. Can we say low cal dinner???? I'm so proud of myself! Today has been a good day eating wise. Not to mention 25 mins on the bike (burned 401 cals) and plan to burn at least 350 more. I'm tired of being fat and Imma do sumthin bout it. :)

I would LOVE for you to share what you make! I'm always on the prowl for healthy recipes. Unfortunately my tastes gear more to the savory side, so I'm having to rethink the way I eat!
